Preventative Motorcycle Safety and Education Courses

In addition to the services we offer, we are proud to offer a preventative education program to hopefully prevent accidents among young riders. This class will be partially sponsored by the BForever21 Foundation and offered to young riders between 16-25 years old.

  • We are partnering with Boyd at Harley Davidson of Fort Wayne and MRT (Motorcycle Riding Training) in Fort Wayne to be able to provide educational motorcycle safety courses. Class will take place at either Harley Davidson or Ehlerding’s Motorsports in Fort Wayne / New Haven area. This basic rider courses are instructed by trained professionals that have made it their mission to teach the best motorcycle safety course around. At the end of the course, you will receive your motorcycle endorsement as well as a ton of safety knowledge that will help you be a safer rider. Both facilities provide motorcycles, all you need to show up with is the proper gear!
  • Preventative Motorcycle and Safety Courses
  • Our sponsorship is open to 16–21-year-old riders in the Fort Wayne and
surrounding areas. If you are interested in a discounted motorcycle
training course to obtain your permit, please reach out to Jenah for more
information. The BForever21 Foundation is covering $100 of each young
rider’s class through these programs and have had it set up with both
MRT and Harley, so all you have to do is enroll in a class, and we will
    handle the rest.
  • Enroll a Rider
  • The more young riders we can get into these classes, the safer we hope the roads will be. You can help sponsor a rider by donating to the BForever21 Foundation.

how we started

News Article

When Brian had his accident, a friend of ours set up a GoFundMe to help cover end of life expenses. Fortunately, he
had life insurance through his employer that covered a portion of his funeral cost. But with donations, we were
able to purchase his plot, headstone and with what we had left over, start the BForever21 Foundation.

ON JULY 1, 2024, OUR SON, BRIAN COOK, WAS IN A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IN FORT WAYNE,
INDIANA. IT WAS HIS 21ST BIRTHDAY - HE WAS ON HIS WAY HOME TO TAKE A NAP BEFORE GOING
INTO HIS THIRD SHIFT JOB. HE WAS DRIVING IN THE FAR-RIGHT LANE ON CLINTON, WHEN A TRUCK
STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND HE MADE IMPACT WITH THE TRUCK AND DIED
INSTANTLY. IT WAS DEEMED THAT HE WAS NOT AT FAULT - HE WAS NOT SPEEDING, HE HAD HIS
HELMET ON, AND DIDN’T EVEN SEE THE ACCIDENT COMING.

BRIAN WAS A HARDWORKING AND LOVING YOUNG MAN. HE LOVED HIS FREINDS AND FAMILY
FIERCELY. BRIAN GRADUATED FROM WAYNE HIGH SCHOOL IN 2022, AND ATTENDED ANTHIS
CAREER CENTER FOR AUTO MECHANICS PRIOR TO GRADUATING. AFTER GRADUATION, HE WOULD
GO TO THE HIGHSCHOOL AND HELP TRAIN YOUNG WRESTLERS. HE WENT TO REGIONALS AND
SECTIONALS IN WRESTLING WHILE IN HIGH SCHOOL, PLAYED FOOTBALL SINCE HE WAS IN
ELEMENTARY AND TRIED HIS HAND AT TRACK. BRIAN LOVED ANYTHING WITH WHEELS, SHOOTING
GUNS, WORKING OUT, AND BEING AROUND HIS FRIENDS. HE WAS AN AVID ALABAMA FOOTBALL
FAN AND LOVED WATCHING MMA. BRIAN DEMANDED EXCELLENCE FROM ANYONE WHO HE CAME
IN CONTACT WITH.

BRIAN LEFT BEHIND TWO MOMS AND TWO DADS, TONS OF SIBLINGS, EVEN MORE FRIENDS,
COWORKERS, AND PETS. ALL WHO MISS HIM WITH EVERY BREATH THEY TAKE.

BRIAN’S FUNERAL WAS JULY 9TH AND THE SHOW OF SUPPORT FROM EVERYONE WHO HE TOUCHED
IN HIS SHORT TIME HERE, CAME OUT TO SHOW SUPPORT. THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR SAID IT WAS THE
LARGEST SERVICE THEY HAVE PROVIDED, AND BY FAR ONE OF THE LONGEST FUNERAL
PROCESSIONS THEY HAVE EVER SEEN. HE WAS
TRULY LOVED BY EVERYONE.

A strong support system makes things happen.

be considered for funding help. We do not
turn away those who do not meet our
criteria for support and guidance.

    Steuben, Noble, Dekalb, Lagrange,
    Adams, Jay, Huntington, and Wells
    Counties)
  • Victim must be 19-21 years of age.
  • Must have been a victim of a motor
    vehicle accident.
  • *We are unable to provide assistance
for individuals who passed away as a
result of being under the influence or
    reckless driving.
  • Contact us within 14 days of the
    accident of your loved one.

We need your help to support our mission! By donating, you can help families of young riders who are
involved in motor vehicle accidents by following our mission statement - “Turning tragedy into hope”. We
are also hoping to be proactive and plan on helping send young riders through motorcycle safety courses.

Without help of our community, we would not have been able to provide our son with his end-of-life care
when he had his accident July 1, 2024. The BForever21 Foundation wants to be able to help other families in
similar situations and we cannot do it without your help!

When you sponsor our foundation, we will advertise your company on our website’s front page - as well as
a separate page that highlights a short blurb about your company, Facebook posts, banners, flyers and
clothing. We plan on attending events to spread awareness about the BForever21 Foundation.
